A quiet corner of Paso Robles, kept that way on purpose
Hidden Mountain Ranch sits on a ridge overlooking the western edge of the Paso Robles AVA, where the terrain is steeper, the soil is thinner, and the vines work harder for every grape they produce.
We started this winery because we believed that great wine doesn't need a spotlight — it needs patience, the right dirt, and a willingness to let the land speak for itself. Every bottle we produce is hand-harvested, hand-crushed, and aged in our hillside cellar.
You won't find us at trade shows or chasing awards. You'll find us here, on the mountain, pouring a glass for anyone who makes the drive up.
